Return Policy for Normal Purchases
Free returns are available within 3 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1.    Return Conditions: Returns will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or if there is a mismatch with the ordered item.

2.    Return Requirements: The item must be in its unused, original condition. All Ard Al Zaafaran Trading L.L.C. item tags must be attached. Any related sampling pieces, or booklets must be included.

3.    Non-acceptance of Returns: Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, altered, or shows signs of use. If we reasonably believe the product has been used, it will be sent back to the customer.

4.    Shipping Country: Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.

5.    Return Charges: No return charges will apply if the above conditions are met.

Return Air Waybill Number: Our Customer Service Team will email you an Aramex Logistics Services Return Air Waybill Number.

Prepare Your Return:
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Remove all other labels from the outside of the box to avoid confusion.

Track Your Return:
To track your return, use the tracking number printed on the Return Air Waybill Number. Enter it in the tracking field on the Aramex Logistics Services website.

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned via any method other than our collection service.
